A Day in Ames
Hop on the bus and join us for a fun-filled day in Ames!
We will leave Merkle Retirement Planning at 9 AM aboard the comforts of an Arrow Stage Motorcoach. We will start the morning with a guided tour of Reiman Gardens. Reiman Gardens is dedicated to sharing the beauty of plants and to the art and applied science of garden and plant cultivation – known collectively as “horticulture.” Over 6,000 types of plants are grown there; collections include the Buck Rose Collection, Viburnum Collection, Bulb Collection, Pollinator Plant Collection, and more! Please wear comfy shoes.
Around noon, we will take the bus to downtown Ames, where you can explore on your own. There are more than 15 restaurants and 30 shopping destinations in this vibrant downtown.
The bus will leave downtown Ames at 3 PM and return to Merkle Retirement Planning around 4 PM.
