Kailey is a dedicated Client Servicing Specialist at Merkle Retirement Planning, known for her dynamic spirit and meaningful contributions to her team. Since joining the team in June 2022, she’s been at the forefront of client services, working diligently with various custodians to streamline the retirement planning process for families and individuals. Her role involves providing vital information, answering queries, and ensuring documents are in place for a seamless transition into retirement. Kailey thrives on fitting together the complex pieces of retirement planning, taking great satisfaction from the completion of a well-formed plan.
Beyond her current role, Kailey has cultivated over a decade of experience in the financial industry, with a solid foundation in insurance and financial planning. She’s demonstrated her commitment and expertise by passing the Series 65 securities exam along with holding life, health, and accident insurance licenses in Iowa.
Born and raised in Ankeny, Kailey is a proud alumna of Central College. She loves exploring the outdoors with her dog, Jack, attending yoga classes for some zen, or discovering new culinary experiences with her husband. Kailey’s zest for life, combined with her professional acumen, makes her a valued member of the Merkle Retirement Planning team, who brings joy and dedication to the workplace.
