Client Servicing Specialist
Kailey joined Merkle Retirement Planning as a Client Servicing Specialist in June 2022. Kailey works with various custodians on behalf of the families and individuals we work with to answer any questions and provide necessary information and forms to ensure a smooth transition as you move to and through retirement. Kailey says her favorite part of the job is seeing how the puzzle pieces fit together to form a retirement plan. She also loves the people she works with because they make work fun and care about the individuals and families we work with.
Kailey has more than ten years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining Merkle Retirement Planning, she worked in insurance and financial planning. Kailey has passed the Series 65 securities exam and has her life, health, and accident Iowa insurance licenses
Kailey grew up in Ankeny and attended Central College. When she’s not at work, you can find Kailey taking her dog Jack for walks, attending a yoga class, or trying a new restaurant with her husband.
