Director of Client Experience
As Director of Client Experience, Kristen heads up the Client Experience team initiatives, which include our Elevated Living Series events, support groups, and The League. She will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Experience team. She started as a Client Relations Specialist in 2020.
Kristen and her husband, Jake, love spending time outdoors with their German-Shorthair, Henry. They enjoy hiking, camping, and fishing. Kristen’s favorite indoor activity is baking, she loves trying a new bread or dessert. One of her favorite things to make is coffee cake. She also loves to travel.
Kristen is an Iowa State University graduate with a degree in Event Management. She grew up in Independence, Iowa.
