Richelle works alongside Ally on different show initiatives as well as Social Media and Digital Marketing Initiatives. She loves graphic design and creating new materials to implement into the planning process.

Richelle has been working with small business owners on their marketing strategies in the Des Moines area for the last nine years. When she is not working, she enjoys going to the movies, playing video games, spending time with her family, and volunteering at Dress for Success Des Moines.
