Senior Client Servicing Specialist

Katie approaches every interaction with a warm heart, attention to detail, and a focus on offering the best experience possible for the families and individuals we work with. As a Senior Client Servicing Specialist, her role includes preparing clients’ files, ensuring paperwork and other transactions are processed in a timely manner, and helping our Retirement Planners build customized retirement plans. Her role also involves mentoring, development, and training of our Client Servicing Interns.

Katie has passed the Series 65 securities exam. She also holds Iowa life, accident, and health insurance licenses.

Katie loves being in the kitchen and enjoys watching Food Network for inspiration. Her favorite people to cook for are her daughters, Allison and Dakotah, and her husband, Zach. Katie also enjoys traveling with her family; Rocky Mountain National Park is one of their favorite spots.
