Client Experience Specialist
When you come to Merkle Retirement Planning, one of the first people you’re likely to encounter is Client Experience Specialist Nkiru Nwachukwu. Nkiru is known for her organization, energy, and enthusiasm, which greatly improve the experience of everyone who visits us or reaches out by phone or email. She truly enjoys getting to know the families and individuals we work with and loves volunteering, learning, and socializing with them at our Lifestyle Events.
With ten years of experience in higher education, Nkiru has worked at universities in Wisconsin and Arizona in admissions, financial aid processing, and student recruitment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Education in Higher Education and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University.
Nkiru grew up in Frederick, Maryland, not far from Washington, D.C. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creating nail designs, and crafting. One of Nkiru’s most memorable trips was to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India, where she had the opportunity to ride a camel on the beach and see the Burj Khalifa and the Taj Mahal.
