Strategic Operations Manager

Kristen serves as the Strategic Operations Manager at Merkle Retirement Planning, where she oversees the behind-the-scenes operations that allow the team to focus on helping the families and individuals we serve. With prior experience on our Creative and Client Experience teams, she brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations, making her well-positioned to lead cross-functional projects and enhance internal systems.

From implementing new technology to overseeing office updates and supporting internal teams, Kristen blends big-picture strategy with day-to-day coordination. Her leadership helps improve efficiency, strengthen organizational processes, and elevate the entire team’s ability to guide families on their retirement journey.

Outside of work, Kristen loves exploring the outdoors with her family. Visiting National Parks is a favorite pastime—Grand Teton in Wyoming and Acadia in Maine top the list. At home, she enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, listening to country music, and spending relaxed evenings in.
