The holidays can bring cherished memories, changing traditions, moments of joy, and unexpected emotions. Whether you’re caring for a loved one, remembering someone special, or simply noticing that the season feels different this year, this warm and practical conversation will explore ways to navigate the holidays with greater intention.
Kathy will lead a discussion about caring for yourself while caring for others, honoring meaningful memories, and creating new traditions that reflect where life is today.
Light refreshments will be provided as we make space for both remembrance and hope throughout the season.
