Training & Development Coordinator
Katie approaches every interaction with a warm heart, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to offering the best experience possible for the families and individuals we serve. After spending several years as a Client Servicing Specialist, she stepped into the Training & Development Coordinator role, bringing her deep operational knowledge, natural leadership abilities, and passion for empowering others.
In her current role, Katie supports operations through the coordination of training and development initiatives, as well as hiring. She also leads the mentoring, development, and training of our interns, helping them grow in confidence and skill. Katie’s encouraging leadership style and thoughtful approach make her a trusted resource across the team.
Katie has successfully completed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative. She also holds licenses for life, health, and accident insurance in Iowa.
Outside of work, Katie loves being in the kitchen and often turns to the Food Network for new inspiration. Her favorite people to cook for are her daughters, Allison and Dakotah, and her husband, Zach. She also enjoys traveling with her family and hopes to explore several National Parks with them in the coming years.
