As Director of Client Experience, Kyria is dedicated to ensuring that everyone who connects with our team has an exceptional experience. She leads with a passion for people-focused collaboration and meaningful client interaction.
Whether someone walks through our doors, attends a Lifestyle Event, or gives us a call, she is on a mission to make each interaction second to none. Her warm, people-focused approach helps families and individuals feel cared for and confident throughout their retirement journey.
Kyria leads the team responsible for planning and executing our monthly Lifestyle Events and Lifestyle Groups—popular gatherings that bring those we serve together in meaningful and enriching ways. From pickleball matches and BINGO to State Capitol tours and heartfelt group experiences like Healing Hearts, Embracing Grief, and the Caregiving Circle, Kyria ensures every detail is thoughtfully designed. She also coordinates special events such as the New Client Mix & Mingle and our Annual Client Appreciation Event, creating opportunities for connection, celebration, and community throughout the year.
Outside of work, Kyria enjoys adventures with her husband, Cameron, and their daughter, Mae. From hiking the Flatirons in Chautauqua Park with baby Mae on her back to pursuing her goal of visiting all 63 U.S. national parks, she loves being active. Kyria is also committed to giving back—she volunteers through her church, including singing in the choir, and at Rhythms of Grace, a nonprofit providing equine-assisted services for individuals with special needs.
