Client Servicing Specialist
As a Client Servicing Specialist, Luke helps make the retirement planning process smooth and organized for the families and individuals we serve. He collaborates with our custodians, prepares family files for upcoming visits, and ensures paperwork and transactions are completed accurately and on time. Luke also supports our Retirement Planners as they create customized retirement plans tailored to each family’s goals.
Luke was drawn to this role because of the welcoming, supportive environment at Merkle Retirement Planning. He enjoys connecting with families at events, working alongside team members, and learning from the different approaches and perspectives within the team.
He graduated from Iowa State University in 2024 with a degree in finance and holds licenses for life, health, and accident insurance in Iowa.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys watching Bears football and Cubs baseball, and he loves catching new movies in the theater. He and his fiancée, Caitlin, share two dogs and call Ankeny home.
