As Client Experience Team Lead, Lydia is responsible for ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors, attends an event, or calls our office enjoys a first-class experience. Her leadership helps create a welcoming and thoughtful environment from the very first interaction.
With a natural talent for event planning, Lydia seamlessly integrates her skills into coordinating events and volunteer opportunities, scheduling visits, and preparing for each visit to create a smooth and memorable experience.
Her academic background, a degree in Event Management from Iowa State University in December of 2023, has provided her with a solid foundation. Her role as the Student Manager at the Iowa State Alumni Center, where she organized various events, has contributed to her experiences.
Lydia was born in Wichita, KS, but spent most of her childhood in Ankeny. Lydia enjoys hiking around Saylorville Lake and attending Iowa State University football games. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to various places, but one of her most cherished experiences was a trip to New York City. There, she witnessed the spectacular Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and was captivated by the iconic “Phantom of the Opera” on Broadway.
