Client Experience Specialist
As a Client Experience Specialist, McKenna is often one of the first friendly faces families and individuals encounter. She loves creating meaningful connections and helping people feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from their very first interaction. With an outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect, McKenna brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every visit.
One of her favorite parts of the role is helping with our monthly Lifestyle events, from pickleball and trivia to creating winter porch pots or volunteering at the Food Bank of Iowa. She loves seeing how these experiences bring people together and create a true sense of community.
McKenna is an Iowa State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her education strengthened her understanding of empathy, communication, and human connection—skills that align with her role. She enjoys getting to know new people every day and values the opportunity to build genuine relationships while supporting a positive, engaging experience.
McKenna comes from a big, close-knit family with six brothers and one sister, and family time remains a top priority in her life. Outside of work, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. Some of her favorite destinations include Estes Park, Colorado, Nashville, Florida, and Smith Lake in Alabama, where her grandma’s lake house has been a beloved family tradition. Summers are her favorite season, filled with wakeboarding, wake surfing, kneeboarding, and soaking up time outdoors.
